Coffee is a frequently named offender.. Those who tend to drink more than four cups of coffee or soda can increase their chances of having them. Intoxicating or illegal drugs can also create a chemical reaction in the body making you prone to panic attacks. One suggestion is to try herbal teas of sage and chamomile, instead of caffeine whenevr you need to soothe your nervous system.

To effectively learn how cure anxiety, remember, whatever elevates your heart rate for over half an hour can help your body manage stress thereby reducing the risk of panic attacks. Your body needs physical exercise that will help every part of it and promotes circulation. Exercises can be as simple as brisk walking, gardening or even walking the dog around the block.
